Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel unfortunately didn't meet my expectations, primarily due to issues with the room conditions and service. While the views were stunning and the atmosphere was inviting, the room's musty smell and the flooding incident left a sour taste. The dining opportunities were quite limited in quality, and prices felt exorbitant for what was offered.
The hotel offers breathtaking views, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, it suffers from significant issues like cleanliness and maintenance, leaving me unsatisfied overall. Unfortunately, the dining options are overpriced and not appealing, and service felt overwhelmed at times.
Our stay at the hotel was filled with beautiful scenery and moments of sheer relaxation, but we did face some service inconsistencies that were quite frustrating. The lovely spa experience, combined with the luxurious treatment by the staff, made certain aspects of our visit enjoyable. However, the timing issues with dining and housekeeping left something to be desired. All in all, it’s a wonderful getaway, but prepared to manage your expectations around service.
The hotel is currently going through some changes, and while the views are stunning and the food at the restaurant is tasty, the service leaves much to be desired. We encountered several service issues during our stay, especially with room service and dining, which dampened our overall experience. However, the beautiful scenery and comfortable ambiance make it worth a visit in the future once renovations are complete.
Our stay at the Princeville Resort was truly enjoyable, highlighted by stunning scenery and a breathtaking atmosphere. While the room was comfortable, it did show signs of needing updates, particularly in the bathroom. The dining options were generally good, though there were some hiccups in service that detracted from the experience. Overall, I would recommend it for those seeking a beautiful getaway, just be prepared for a few quirks.
Our stay had its highs and lows. The stunning views and welcoming atmosphere really stood out during our trip. However, the hotel's cleanliness and communication issues were a letdown. While I appreciated the spa services, the overall condition of the property detracted from the experience.
Our stay was quite memorable, highlighted especially by the stunning views and exceptional service throughout our time at the St. Regis Princeville. The dining experiences were mostly fantastic, especially the breakfast and dinner options. However, we did find some areas for improvement, like the dessert choices at the Makana Terrace and the slightly dated room decor. Overall, it was a lovely honeymoon getaway that we're eager to revisit.
